Make a meringue-- egg white and 4 T sugar for 12. Put it in a big Ziploc bag and close. Cut the corner off (I like to use pinking shears). Pipe a circle into cupcake liners or tins or freeform onto a baking sheet. Bake until crisp.

Scoop a ball of sorbet into the cup.

Put a checked mint leaf on each one. Simple and gorgeous.

Buy 2 flavors of sorbet and vanilla ice cream. Partially defrost them and layer them, sorbet, then ice cream, then sorbet. You can make it in individual silicone molds, or a big pan and slice it up or cupcake cases (use a cupcake liner so it comes out easily. Before serving, put it upside down on a plate and peel off the cupcake liner. If you use better quality cup cake cases it peels off very easily.)
Serve with a drizzle of strawberry sauce or something similar. Looks and tastes amazing and very refreshing, perfect for summer day meal

Would baked apples go? I love them in the winter. I wash and core apples, fill the cavity with the preflavored maple cinnamon oatmeal packets, and bake on 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size. Delicious warm with a scoop of ice cream.

This sounds delicious. Do you moisten the oatmeal with hot water first?

Sometimes I pour a little apple juice or maple syrup on top, but the oatmeal mostly gets cooked by the inside juices of the apple. The top part gets a little crispy.

can I do this without the marshmallows? Or it loses the effect?

Never made it, but I don't see why not. Ice cream pie sounds yummy to me.

Sure! Add hazelnut crunch, crushed viennese crunch, or sprinkle with chopped candied nuts.
You can also just make a drizzle effect with white chocolate.

No. You do half a peach. Not the slices.
