Make your favorite oil based crumble instead of the butter one (and skip the salt).

Canned pineapple slices, ice cream and berries.
Lay a ring of pineapple on the plate, lay a scoop of ice cream or sorbet on the middle and sprinkle with berries or crushed nuts. Or drizzle any syrup over it or add sliced fruit as a garnish.

Just saw an idea to stand up mint thins in a square or hexagon shape, around a scoop of ice cream on a plate. Or around a square of cake, and top with whipped cream and a pretty garnish.

My go too dessert is to make a huge fruit charcuterie board. I use strawberry, grapes, apple slices, pretzels, marshmallows, candied and salty nuts, bowls of whipped cream, peanut butter dipping sauce, chocolate sauce, and yogurt sauce for dairy meals.

I usually have homemade chocolate chip, peanut butter and/or sugar cookies to add to it, but if I don't I'll use store bought.

My kids love setting up the board!
