My six year old nephew got a cut on his head which Baruch Hashem healed. No hair is growing on that spot, it is a bald spot. The doctor said it is because hair does not grow on scar tissue. He said there is a cream that might work but probably not. Any suggestions please?

In my experience it does not but I have not heard of any cream.

Same as previous postets.
My son needed stitches over his eyebrow. It's 2 years later and there is a bare patch running through his eyebrow.

In girls, we have too much hair to notice
Almost every boy/man has some bald spot from a bruise. Doesn’t even need to be stitches

Scar tissue is different than original skin and it doesn't contain hair follicles, which is why hair doesn't grow. I've never heard of a cream to help, and I can't imagine that a cream could produce hair follicles. If it works, please tell us the name of the cream!

There are creams that can help reduce the amount of scar tissue, but they have varying levels of success. I don't think they are like to induce hair growth.

My dh has a scar on this chin/jaw from when he was a kid. No beard stubble grows there.

My son got a cut on his head years ago, no stitches.
When his hair is freshly cut, it's very obvious, but as it grows longer it basically covers it up.

My son cut open the back of his head when he was 5. He still has a bald spot on the back of his head, and he’s now 14.

No a cream will not help. You will need medical intervention to grow hai there.
