What are good sources of protein that are non dairy, non legume, and low fat, low carb, besides egg whites, lean fish, lean poultry and meat? Are there pareve unsweetened protein powders I can make into a shake? Or low carb low fat protein bars (would consider dairy only for bars, as long as it's more milk protein or whey isolate instead of concentrate and the dairy is not one of the first few ingredients on the list) that don't have too much artificial sweeteners and minimal sugar alcohols?
Also if you cut out sugar and flour and start eating protein bars with a little bit of sugar and flour do you find that increases cravings and increases your appetite? Tia

Why would you want to be low fat and low Carb? Why would you want to eat so much processed food?
Also, sweetener abd grains cause cravings for many people.
Quinoa is not low carb.
