There is a nice Marriott not far
The from community is a 20 minute drive away, and there are hachnosas orchim Apts you could look into as well

Tikvah house is by Hopkins. Call the Baltimore Bikur Cholim for more info. I know people have used it for shabbos, but not sure how it works during the week.

The Radisson Cross Keys is very nice. It's about half an hour from Johns Hopkins but it's right near the frum area, kosher supermarkets, kosher restaurants, shuls. There are a few other hotels close by but not very clean and not as nice.

Do you have to stay near hospital?
It maybe easier to stay in frum community closet to food.
