Was anyone there recently please tell me ur experience have reservations for next shabbos and thinking of canceling if I am able to.

I was just there. The place is a disaster. Terrible experience.
I was there with a group for Shabbos. They had triple booked a bunch of rooms. Their computer system doesn’t pick up when they double book rooms. We ended up getting rooms an hour before Shabbos. Someone’s bathroom had a sewer backup. There was dirty water pouring out from the toilet in the room and from the bathtub and was seeping into the hallway. There was no one to talk to in the hotel, they were told but did nothing about it. There were other issues also but those were the main ones.
We still had a nice time, but hotel was not ok.

We went there for a Shabbos also recently. Rooms were not clean and had lots of low class people hanging around. Boulder park nearby was fun and kids enjoyed the horse back riding, archery and the pool on the grounds.
