Looking to get away for an extended weekend.

PA preferred.
Coming from Monsey area.

Specifically around Effort PA where we would like to spend shabbos. But open to other ideas.
Kosher amenities a plus but not a must.

Was thinking Lancaster but with car sick kids its a bit too far out.

We'd like to head out tomorrow AM.
