What are the areas where young people in their 20s-30s are moving to now that are still decently priced with nice housing and a nice crowd? We are a middle of the road professional couple who plans to send to YSV. Can anyone tell me about New City and Haverstraw areas?

Did you look into the “up the hill” part of new Hempstead. Houses are still decently priced. About 65 families. Low key and very friendly. Has an out of town feel.
