3 year old DS used to sleep through the night, last few days he started waking up every night with nightmares. He cant express much what he is scared of. Afterwards he has a hard time falling asleep and tosses for the next few hours driving me crazy.
I feel bad for him but I need advice how to handle, am walking around like a tired zombie all day!
