I’ve been doing the keto diet for almost ten years. I just to my nutritionist for a checkup and to get suggestions about loosing weight. She took a blood test and told me I have a fatty liver probably because of the keto diet. She said my AST and ALT are high. I’m really worried. She told me I need to get my liver checked. Does anyone heard or had this problem?

Your nutritionist is wrong. If you have fatty liver it’s not from a ketogenic diet. It’s literally the solution to non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Go to a doctor and pursue this further.
