No. You never heard of chilled wine or chilled champagne? It's just like "filled" candy or "milled" soap or "pilled" sweaters. All adjectives.

Yeah, I meant as a person or atmosphere or something like that. I'm familiar with 'chill.' But 'chilled,' only on Imamother.
