Why don’t you message her for more information?
The course is supposed to make you become the best person you can to be, you work with people to reach your goals, in family, relationships, career health exercise, time organization etc.

I messaged with her a while back but would need to speak to people who’ve actually done it to see if it’s indeed a good program
