If a women is in bidud just from traveling, not for a positive PCR or exposure, is she allowed to leave bidud for mikvah?

If one is in bidud, they are in bidud. That means you can not go anywhere, not anywhere. Sorry OP, you will have to wait the bidud out.

Legally she CANNOT leave the house for any reason, certainly not for mikva. Doesn't matter what special hours they have. It's not ok if a mikva does that, they are going against the law and they are endangering others (the mikva lady could get sick and pass it on to hundreds of people).

Bidud is bidud. What if her car breaks down on the way? Etc. You just don't leave your home, period.

Bidud is bidud, and the government makes the laws, not the mikva. It's not fun, but plenty of women have been in the same position this year. You wait it out. It's less time than it used to be.

This is so terrible to hear. People going against the law and putting others into possible sakana.

Don’t think so.
When we did Bidud (for travel not exposure) we weren’t even allowed to take the garbage outside! And we had 2 in diapers!!

This is so insane how we are living.

Maybe it changed? We called Misrad Habriut and they said no

Last year that was most definitely the law.
I know we had neighbors ask for others to take their garbage.
People helped people.

Legally it's probably not allowed. However there are mikvas that are open for people in bidud. I don't have any info. I just know of people that went.
Good luck

If people would only obey Torah as they obey Msrad HaBriut... (At a Rabbi's consulatation one may find loopholes and leniancies in Torah observance, yet this everyone must do perfectly all the time. Nevermind that it changes with the weather.)
Just saying.

ETA, I dare you guys to hug me. That would be pure hypocracy. I mean social distancing, baby!

Thanks everyone. I'm very familiar with bidud. Did it plenty of times over the last year to the full extent. Asking for a friend making aliyah now. The rules have definitely become more lax over the last year. Thought it may be a possibility. Also, you can go to terem in bidud. Heck, I was offered to be picked up while in bidud to vote. I figured it was a valid question. Especially for someone vaxxed and only in bidud for travel. Guess they'll have to do the serology test if they want the mikvah. Thanks all.

Perfect example to illustrate my point.
Now, all of you go work for Misrad Habriut.

This is so dumb.

There are tons of people who would just make arrangements with the mikvah and go.

Shes vaxxed and there has been no exposure. The drama about risking lives is getting old.

There were separate, outdoor voting stations, staffed by fully vaccinated people nd maintaining full social distancing, specially arranged so that people in bidud would be able to vote.

That is not remotely comparable to the environment in a mikva.

And I already work for Misrad HaBriut.
