Thank you all! I love some of these ideas.
My husband actually mentioned the pronunciation Yehudit last night so it's interesting one of the posters used that pronunciation, too.
So many good ideas! Will have to keep thinking. Keep me posted if you have any more!

Another vote for Chana Yehudis (or Yehudis Chana)
Chana has the two syllable for flow, and was the first name that popped into my head when you mentioned the qualities of the woman you were describing

Seconding Adina if used as first name .
I have two three syllable names and one is Yehudis . Goes on forever and I never use it because it’s such a mouthful.
Tova is also really nice and both pay tribute to this woman’s character . Let us know what you decide please !
