Need to update. Latest pic frames hanging have my 10 yr old when he was under 2 & 8 yr old under 1

Otherwise I have paintings hanging from my son's painting hobby.

- Above all - talking to Hashem as if kivyachol speaking to a close friend, tell Him EVERYTHING that's on your heart. Imagine Him Answering you in a loving, comforting, calming, manner. It works.
Can be done in Guided Imagery manner if you know how to do it on yourself.
- soft, beautiful music
- going for a walk - I call it: 'Going for a walk with Hashem.' Try to dash all problems from your mind and look around while walking and dwell on things you see that you enjoy - Hashem's beautiful Gifts to you.
- singing to or just holding a baby esp. in newborn stage. I find that newborns exude such purity and calmness which makes me calm.

things to do when suffering from insomnia, instead of tossing and turning and thinking...
