Is there some sort of sauce (for rice or potatoes or gnocchi) I can make using leftover sliced corned beef and pastrami? Maybe with tomato sauce or something?

You can mix with sautéed onions and bbq sauce

Make teriyaki rice and warm with pieces of the meat.
