Make garment wet. Rub in good quality detergent like Tide or Persil to pretreat, and let sit an hour to break down spores.
Wash as usual.
Check, if stains remain, do NOT dry.
Instead, in a basin of boiling water (if material allows) with a few scoops of Oxiclean powder dissolved in it, soak overnight (this will work on stains but will not break down the mold so don't skip pretreating above).
Scrub out remaining stains. If necessary, start a fresh soak overnight again.

Liquid. But if you only have powder you can dilute it into a workable liquid but then only leave for 15 min and rub it in.

Real mold?
If there's no actual mold that you can see but it just has that mildewy smell, washing with white vinegar will get rid of it.

It doesn't have a smell at all. Just small stains. Like a few small polka dots. It doesn't have a smell because I washed it 2-3 times already with oxi gel trying to get it out.

Did you already put it through the dryer? Once you dry it, the stains of pretty well set and are much harder to get out (if they do).
