Can someone help me figure out what health insurance options are available in Florida, like state insurance or marketplace, both for kids and adults.
Is there anything other than Medicaid for the lowest income bracket, like in ny and nj? Where to look up income eligibility?

The lowest income bracket would probably get your kids on Medicaid and you and your husband on medically needy but you probably want more insurance than medically needy.
The other option is Florida kidcare.
If you are not eligible for either than there is the regular marketplace insurance.
