I usually make myself a big iced coffee, often with ice cream as my breakfast and that tides me over until around 11 AM.
I'd like to try to make it healthier and am looking for ideas for shakes that I can make, maybe with some extra protein from greek yogurt, or protein powder (only if it doesn't affect the taste of the shake)
A few things - I don't like bananas,
I prefer it to be more like a milkshake rather than a fruit shake.
It doesn't have to have coffee in it, either way, peanut butter is also fine
Ideas?

I like a shake with almond milk, almond butter, dates, bananas and ice. Sometimes I'll add cocoa powder, sometimes I'll switch out the almond butter for peanut butter or tahini.
I think it would be good without the bananas, the texture might be a little thinner.
