Cancelling El Al flight Time Sensitive

So I booked a flight on El Al last night and I want to cancel it since I found a better option. When I made the booking, it said I could cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. I'm trying to cancel the flight, but the only option I see is to request a credit voucher which I don't want.
Anyone know what to do?

Thanks. Only number I could find is an Israeli number. It's Shabbos there and the middle of the night.
