I had a horrible binge last night.
I feel so sick.
Anyone have ideas of how I can detox from it?

just go forward.
how about having light refreshing things today...
like a lemon salad for lunch...
quinoa and salmon for dinner...
or toast and avacado for a snack/small meal...
or a sugar free ice coffee...
like healthy, lighter foods that will get rid of that feelings..
(I recently had potato kugel at a simcha- groooooss!! it looked good and smelled good but after I ate it I felt so grossed out...I think it was underdone plus heavy on the oil...when I eat my potato kugel- is usually have a small piece friday night, I DO NOT get that feeling!!)
so we all over indulge at times...it's fine, just move on...

Make yourself a healthy light menu for the week so that you feel like you’re moving forward in a good way
