I'm staying off of processed/ refined grains right now.

Will oats work to bind meatballs? Would I need to soften first or something?

Thanks!

1. Food processor so it's finer
2. Coconut flour
3. No binders, just meat

Sure. I’ve done it many times. My mother used to do it too.

My daughter can only eat gluten free so when I make meatballs I use grated potatoes as the binder. Just putting it out there incase you wanted another idea
