I think that this is something probably better made milchig. But you can get parev condensed milk made from coconut milk that they claim can be substituted 1:1, but I've never used it.

I think Jamaica Choice has hashgacha.

I made this once a few years ago. I can't remember but I assume I substituted margarine for the buttery spread.
