Brand new tshirt- washed only once, hung to dry. Has large stain over one shoulder, like exactly where my baby would spit up. it looks like big wet spot, but totally dry. I can't imagine it's oil stain, because so big and in weird place for that. Any idea what it could be or how to get it out?

I also recently read that, but I decided it's unlikely because didn't do bubbles that day. Thanks for suggestion, though.
In fact, a few hours after I posted the question, I pulled a brand new stretchie from washing machine- gray stains all over chest area that were not there before. That's certainly not bubbles- worn only on shabbos! Any other ideas?
