Anyone out there taking an iron supplement called Spatone which brand and is it as effective as iron pills

It's great. Way more effective than iron pills. Very easy for the body to absorb, and no constipation. But depending on your iron levels, you may need more than one

It just tastes like metal, so you may want to take it in juice, a bit more effort than pills
