Anyone have a nice but easy/quick cutlet recipe to serve on Friday night?
Something more than just breaded but not just grilled either.

What’s marinated?
No don’t want to do pastrami roll ups. Though I recall once being served breaded cutlets with a suave and small bits of pastrami on top. Do you know how to make that?

You can use diced pastrami instead of peppers.

Egg and bread the chicken. Then make a sauce of equal parts water, ketchup, and brown sugar. Pour over the cutlets and bake.

Marinate in your favorite sauce & bake
Or marinate with oil & spices, and bake
The pastrami chicken roll up Im talking about does not have to be breaded - it can just be a cutlet, smeared ketchup & mustard, a lice of pastrami. Roll Up. Smear the outer part with BBQ sauce & bake
