Any ideas for toppings that I can use to garnish a soup plate with vegetable soup and/or potato leek soup?

Cur pastrami into thin strips and bake on 400 until crispy (about 5-8 minutes, watch carefully).
Slice a baguette into thin ovals. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder and salt. Bake until toasted.
Cut puff pastry into strips. Brush with egg and carefully twist the dough (doesn’t have to be more than once or twice). Top with everything but the bagel spice and bake until puffy.

Breadsticks arranged in an “X” over the rim of the bowl
Terra sticks
Oversized salad croutons
