Broccoli Cauliflower Kugel

I am making this recipe for YT now.
Can I make it without the parsley and dill? Firstly, don't have in the house. Secondly, don't love the herby flavor so much.

What do you think??

Without even looking at the recipe, yes. Does not affect consistency. You'll need to season to taste with whatever spices you do use.

Thanks! Already calls for salt and black pepper, and has sauteed onions in it. Do you think I need to add anything else?

Just saying… I once made something similar and it didn’t freeze/reheat well.
Maybe you’ll have better luck!
It was delicious fresh!

We’ve made a number of times
Froze really well

And did half herbs
Or none

Liked that it feels like a mature take on the standard!

You can reduce the salt and use onion soup mix.
