I freeze
Lukshen kugel
Challah-apple kugel
Veg kugels like broccoli, cauliflower, California veg.

I reheat in oven for freshness.

Challah kugel & veg kugels will need to be reheated
For a longer time not to be soggy.

The ones above I have in the freezer.

I sometimes also make stir fry veg kugel, mushroom kugel, zucchini/ mushroom kugel, spaghetti squash kugel.

BH I generally do well reheating kugels. Potato, the potato bundt kugel that was just in Family First is in the freezer now, mock potato knish (similar to the bundt recipe), Jamie Geller's broccoli, all sorts of lukshen, potato knishes. Bake them and then reheat before yom tov in hot oven (if you don't have an oven on) then put up to reheat.
