Lots of rude posters on here that love to mock people who spend money on children’s clothes. Not sure if it’s jealousy or whatever, you can just ignore . As long as you can afford it, spend whatever you want.

amother lime, get real. "Your baby will love this"? The kid is SEVEN MONTHS OLD. She has no fashion preferences yet. What you mean is that YOU love it and you assume the mother will, too.

Aside from the fact that anyone who spends $600 on a coat for an infant has more money than brains, anyone who recommends such a purchase is...tbh I can't think of a pejorative strong enough.

Rule #1- nobody here has any sense of humor.
Clearly she was kidding about the coat.

Rule #2 people here get really triggered when other people buy things they can’t afford or spend on things they think are ridiculous.

It’s not humorous to mock someone. It’s really painful and embarrassing to read those comments.

Honestly a baby who is 7 months old will definitely need a coat for the winter. They're a more active stage and won't be sitting quietly in the stroller all day. For all you know, she can be walking by mid winter so I think disregard what other posters mentioned.

Op, there are lots of snow suits that the pants can be removed. So maybe it would be ideal to start off the winter with the pants and if she starts walking or for quick and not such freezing days u just remove the pants.

Nobody was mocking anyone. She was mocking the product.

I think everyone could use a nice glass of wine, or maybe something a little stronger.

If someone wants a product and you bring an exaggeration of the product you are mocking her. Don’t cover it up, it wasn’t ok.

Correct, and I think that's disgusting. You can save your smart aleck comments for a different thread. No one asked for your sarcasm, honestly.

In all seriousness, what kind of winter gear a baby needs totally depends on where you live. My daughter was that age her first winter. We had fleece full body suits for car trips and a coat (we do cheap children's place)plus muff for stroller trips. If you're mainly doing car trips, a puffer coat is a waste since they never wear it
