Lyme literate medical dr. Check out the ilads website. A lot of drs don’t know how to treat Lyme properly or test for coinfections.

My son is struggling with post Lyme and brain inflammation too. We’re doing accupuncture and it’s helping but going very slow. I’d be interested in what else there is natural

Also advice for OP, join the lyme groups on Facebook. You will find more information there than anywhere else on the web.

Try dr kohenbasch at parcare and dr Visconti in Staten Island. Any dr who is at a loss after trying 1 antibiotic for 2 months isn’t a lyme expert.

Acupuncture is great but isn’t going to cut it for chronic neuro lyme. You’re going to need more aggressive treatment than that.

I went to Dr Visconti in Staten island for my Lyme and he helped me. He tests for multiple infectious diseases. Back when I saw him I think he also had hours one day a week in downtown Brooklyn, not sure if he still does.

He had started with tinctures and other vitamins but he had stomach inflammation and it got worse. Was very weak. Stopped those treatments and doing a gentler and different approach, working on building up his immune system so his body should be strong enough to fight the infection. Want to treat the neurological issues with a chiropractor that helped us in the past and had seen improvement. Killing infection only kills his system and makes him weak.
