Looking at a house for sale within a few blocks from here and curious if there are any Jews who live nearby, or how far of a walk the closest community/shul might be

It's very far out. No one is there yet.
As of now, the two newer pioneer areas that are closest would be Mapletree Rd area (only 2 or 3 families bought there) and Greenwood Road area (again, only 2 or 3 families).

Do you know where the closest shul is that they daven at?

I know there is a Chabad shul at 2001 Church Rd.
I do not think Mapletree has a shul yet.
Your next nearest neighborhood would be Vincenzo area. I'm sure there are numerous shuls there, but I don't have the info.
