And it's taking forever, or so it seems. I've made zucchini kugel with shredded zuc (not sauteed) mixed with the equivalent of pancake (or Bisquick) mix. I'm trying a different recipe, sauteing what's in the subject line. Still a lot of liquid even after pouring some off. It's pretty soft. Should I just drain/cool/add ingredients? Thanks!

Sounds like the pan is probably overstuffed so it's steaming.

Possible. Thanks.
Anyway unless mushrooms are an incredible bargain I'm not likely to make this again so soon. It doesn't go too far. Back to the other recipe next time, I think.
