Anyone have the recipe from the Bais Yaakov Cookbook's pepper steak recipe handy?

1 cup duck sauce
3 Tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic minced
1 lb pepper steak
1 onion sliced
1 red pepper
1 can water chestnuts
mix duck sauce, soy sauce and garlic
season meat with salt and pepper
place meat in 9x13. Add onions, pepper and water chestnuts.
Pour sauce over. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350.
