Please help. I bought a raw lamb head for yom tov. How can it be prepared? I never did this before. Thank you.

I just broil it or roast at 450 until it looks done.

I don’t. But you can season with salt and pepper, it can’t hurt

Rub with olive oil, crushed garlic and coarse salt. The little pieces of meat are delicious.

Salt pepper Paprika sprinkled over it. Slice a small onion and place on the pan next to it. 2 tbsp of water, cover and bake on 350° for a couple hours.
You can also do it on the stove top with a little more water. Simmer for a few hours.

The thought of rubbing a lambs head…..almost as amazing as cooking the fish head.

I actually once saw that it’s a Greek delicacy baked with tomatoes etc. I followed an online recipe and everyone really liked it.

It always comes with a bit of tongue. Don't worry!!
Onions on the bottom with salt onion powder garlic powder on top. Bake about 1 hour.
