Rubbing alcohol might also work well. Recently used it to remove pen marks quite well. Test in a small spot first

I posted a similar question a few months ago when my child colored with a pen on a relative's leather couch. I implore of you not to use alcohol or hairspray if you don't want to ruin the leather on the couch. I ordered leather treatment that I planned to use on the couch. But by the time it arrived, I noticed that the pen started disappearing naturally. Now the only spots that remain are the areas that the rubbing alcohol damaged the leather.

I hope that this helps! Hatzlacha raba!

I got pen off my grey Leather couch using hand sanitizer. Squirt some purell onto the spot, rub it and wipe it right off with a rag dipped in soap and water. Should come right off. If it’s a really fresh pen mark, an alchohol swab would work too. Test on the couch in a hidden spot first just in case. Good luck.

I know this is a little old, but for future ref- I used Magic Eraser rather vigorously on my gray leather couch to remove pen mark, and badly damaged that spot. The original pen mark was much less noticeable... Please do try it in an inconspicuous spot (like on the back) first.
