lol I got it in the end.
For all who are curious-- it's really delicious and this is what I remember from memory-- wrote it at home lol
Deboned chicken thighs (baby chicken)
Marinated in:
3T soy sauce
3 T (or 2) Honey
1 tsp garlic powder
Ginger (I think 1/4 tsp) optional
Marinate at least 1/2 hour and up to 24 hours.
Bake uncovered @ 400 for ten min on each side

delicious! I've made it several times since.
I also made a Mediterranean baby chicken recipe from Relish the other day.

It’s done after 20 minutes? I bake pargiot for an hour at that temperature …
