Cooking. I thought it lasts for months but google seems to say only a few days 
It's a semi-sweet red wine.

For cooking, Iād give it at least a few weeks even if not in the fridge. Never had a problem.

To drink, a few days to a week. To cook with, a few weeks. (If consistently kept in the fridge).
