I've been in therapy with a private pay psychotherapist in the past. We deduced that I don't need someone highly specialized, I just need support to deal with extremely difficult circumstances I am going through so I don't lose it.
(I'm doing what I can, and in choosing to stay with ny situation so I "just" need support)
Does anyone have experience with Perfect Health?
The reason I am not going through a private practice is I really don't have the emotional energy to research a therapist, and I'm living through hell.
Does anyone have reviews on this place and can tell me pros and cons and how the intake works?
Are they confidential?

I didn't know perfect health did therapy. Do you mean premium health by any chance?
