I only have the Little Medrash says and I love it.
I looked at the Weekly Parsha. It has nicer, more colorful pictures.
But I think the Little Medrash Says is better written - especially for younger children.

We have both. I prefer the weekly parsha reader. Little medrash says is good for more advanced readers, the other one is better for a range of ages.

Weekly Parashah is the clear winner at our house. The glossy color pages and illustrations make a big difference to my kids. We have all 5 volumes of WP and 3 of LMS. My kids love the WP. Even my 3 year old who can't read likes to pore through it. None of them have any interest in LMS.
Also, to me much of the LMS reads like some sort of study guide. While the WP is more like reading a regular book.

The weekly reader is the best! It has amazing colorful pictures. It’s also has lots of interesting midrashim and life lessons on the side on each page. My whole family loves it! Great way for entire family to learn the parsha from young kids to adults.
