A 1 year old can't walk in a loafer. They're not comfortable or supportive enough for them. Don't make a baby uncomfortable because of "cute".

I have found brand new with the tags venittini, atlanta... shoes for dirt cheap on poshmark and I'd search for you if you have the exact size....
