Gefen makes it. I find it gross.

I also noticed this but haven't tried it.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....2edd6

Personally, I find ways to substitute or skip when it's listed in a recipe.

I can't get the Gefen here but I just ordered the other brand from Amazon. Thanks!

I’ve been making this in batches for years and using whenever a recipe calls for Worcestershire

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute. Cool.
Store in the refrigerator. Makes about 3/4 cup.

Most important thing about this is:
Do you know how to pronounce it? 😉
