I received a check in the mail yesterday for refund on premium. I love free money but I am just confused. I haven't paid premiums in months due to covid. Why are they refunding me money. Has anyone else received a check?

Does it say what months it’s from?
It could be a refund from the very beginning of COVID when u still paid ?
