I know they are not usually into salad!
My boys will eat ceaser salad WITHOUT onions and tomatoes.
What other salads can I try that don’t have tomatoes or red onion, broccoli, avacado or hearts of palm? Baby corn, lettuce, cucumber, peppers are fine. Need ideas because the only side that I can think of that they’ll eat is potato kugel and ceaser salad. So many meals coming up…

Marinated vegetable salad- thin strips of raw green beans, raw zucchini, raw mushrooms, pickles, canned baby corn, colorful peppers, carrots. Also onion but you can leave it out.
Dressing is oil, equal parts vinegar and sugar, and lots of fresh garlic. Salt and pepper. Let marinate well.
Or use your food processor blade to slice thin strips of colorful peppers (processed sideways not up and down), thin carrot rounds, and thin celery slices (u shape). Also onion which you can leave out.
Dressing is coleslaw dressing: mayo, equal parts vinegar and sugar, and some water.
Both salads are huge hits here but a bit time consuming.

So just make a salad with lettuce, baby corn, cukes and peppers for all meals. Sounds delish.
You can add all the fancy stuff to another bowl and serve 2 salads

Taco salad! Make it with lettuce, corn, and whatever else they'll eat. The dressing is salsa mixed with mayo and maybe a bit of cayenne pepper if you use a mild salsa. Crush up some tortilla or corn chips on top.

If your kids like olives -
we make salad with diced cucumbers, diced red/yellow bell peppers, and halved pitted green olives.
It's always a big hit.

Shredded white cabbage with craisins.
Dressed with oil, salt and orange juice.
You'll be surprised how good it is!
Super popular with our teens.
Another good one is grated carrots with grated Granny Smith apples.
So easy, and around here everyone loves it.
