Don't know if this is a mistake or not: On erev Y"T, I plan on making lasagna in a glass pyrex and after it cools down, cutting it into perhaps thirds to make it more manageable, wrapping the pieces in foil and the next day, putting them in a disposable foil pan on a hot plate on Y"T for lunch. I thought that wrapping the pieces first as opposed to putting them directly in the disposable pan would allow me to turn the pieces over to ensure they get heated thru. I don't think I ever reheated pasta this way. Should it still taste good or is this problematic in some way? (I was thinking of lining the pyrex with non-stick foil to enable the pieces to come out easier but perhaps this isn't necessary??)
Thanks!
