Thank you. I was given the peak of how much to eat and how often. Now I'm trying to figure out what food will be best. I'm pregnant bH and limited in the foods I'm willing to eat. Cookies sound like a workable idea.

I only drank. Low sugar grape juice every 9 minutes. I had terrible morning sickness, and I would have been vomiting all day if I had fasted.

Crackers or something filling. Nuts although you can only have like one at a time. I wouldn’t waste it on cookies or junk.
I alternated drinks between Powerade, smoothies (premixed), grape juice. Basically try to get the most calories and nutrients as you can.

I don’t remember what I’ve eaten previously, but last year I ate a chocolate, cranberry, peanut mix. I’m hoping to find it again in the store when I go today.

How do you measure out food? If it fits in a 1 oz cup? Liquid seems simple but not sure what to do about foods

I only drank, not ate- which I was told is better halachically and my dr said was fine. I blended greek yogurt, bananas, chia seeds, peanut butter, and orange juice so it was still liquid. I pre-measured and put a line on a shot glass of the permissible amount and kept a big bowl of it out.

I was told I could eat food the size of a pocket sz matchbox. I ate cheese, nuts, cake, crackers. Made sure they fit the sz before eating

I'm pregnant and can't eat anything. Cookies, pretzels and crackers are about the only thing I can think of putting into my mouth, maybe. Dr says whatever you can eat put into your mouth. If it's cookies, let it be cookies. It's better than nothing. Just the thought of eating nuts or yogurt or anything protein makes me nauseous.

I was told that a shiur is a little smaller than a koseves. And that 1 1/2 oz was ok. There will be different opinions what a shiur is.
