I need to stop eating refined carbs and sugar. I’m a huge pasta lover and eat Mac n cheese, pasta with sauce, and Asian pasta dishes all the time. Looking for recommendations for alternative pastas to use! Names of brands would be great.

Not pasta but I love "mac" n cheese with cauliflower, and zoodles with alfredo sauce is especially decadent.
Zucchini ravioli.

I like the explore brand of pasta. Their pasta is made of pea protein, black beans, red lentils, etc. it’s not low carb but it’s a much healthier source and gluten free. If you anyway mix of with sauce and cheese it tastes just as good and you are getting a much healthier meal

We're fans of Jovial brown rice pasta. The penne and spaghetti are the best shapes.

What healthier alternative can you eat to satisfy sugar cravings instead of eating sugary snacks and sugary drinks?

Banzai or Barilla chickpea pasta
I make it with sauce and cheese and it's delicious (not the same as Mac and cheese but I'm more of a saucy girl myself)

Spaghetti squash.

For Asian dishes, use rice noodles (not to be confused with rice pasta, which I am personally not a fan of)

I like Cybele’s Free to Eat pastas. They have a few types and they’re really good.

We love green beans and cheese with sauce or ketchup. Basically green beans, sautéed onion instead of pasta.

If OP is concerned about calories (she didn’t say that she is), then the GF pasta doesn’t really save on much.
