I heard there is an herbal substitute that it’s kind of imitation to caffeine

Google each ingredient separately to see what it actually is.

"Curbs appetite and controls thirst. Prevents painful hunger cramps, nausea, headaches and dizziness.

Ingredients: Tricalcium Phosphate, Thickener (Maltodextrin), Calcium Carbonate, Proprietary Blend (Powdered Herbal & Botanical Ingredients), Stabilizer (Magnesium Stearate), Anti caking Agent (Talcum)."

It’s interesting you’re asking because I just learned that the kali tzom indeed have caffeine in it. I was so surprised been taking it for years.
I think it’s fine to take both, because the caffeine pills only start to release 12 hours after taking them.

I've been told that Kali Tzom has caffeine.
But I've also taken the tablets before the fast, in addition to a caffeine/tylenol suppository on the fast.

A certain amount of calcium and lots of filling ingredients. The active ingredient would appear to be the Proprietary Blend (Powdered Herbal & Botanical Ingredients), which they aren't giving any details about.

(I'm fortunate to fast very easily, so I've never tried taking any of these things.)
