My friend came down with covid a couple days ago. She is vaccinated so chose to go to shul anyway even though she was positive. She wore a mask in an outdoor minyan. But still - she actually has covid and went to shul.
It's eye opening. And crazy |
How does been vaccinated make this ok?

What would I do? Get tested. Self quarantine untill results came in. Wear a mask indoors always. And then, if/when I tested negative, go get vaccinated asap. But I'm one of those crazy people who thinks vaccines are man's gift to G-d, so...

I wrote in my op I planned to vaccinate just didn't get around to it.
How long before you would test? Daily?

I know you did, I wasn't claiming you weren't. But the vaccines have been around for a while. I've already managed to get 3. This is not an errand I would push off till I "got around" to it.
I'd test as soon as you found out. How many days has it been since your exposure?

Ideally you should quarantine for at least 5 days and then take a test. You have to give time for the incubation period.
