It finally caught up with us. DH had it last week, b"h he's fine now. I'm feverish, coughing, with aches and pains. B"h no difficulties breathing. What can I take to feel better faster? In the begiinning they were saying ginger and garlic. Are there any newer recommendations?

Updated Pregnancy Corona Prevention and Treatment Protocol
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Baruch HaShem
This protocol contains recommendations from Dr. Zelenko, as well as Dr. Nakash, Esther Black, Brian Weinstein/Zehava Stillman and Rivka Alfih:
For pregnant women as prophylaxis (prevention) of corona:
*Hydroxychlorequine: Start with 200 mg daily for 5 days straight.
After that, continue taking 200 mg ONCE A WEEK.
*Zinc 25 mg
*Vitamin D3, 3,000-5,000 IU
*Vitamin C 500-1,000 mg
Esther Black prefers the MegaFood Baby and Me2.
Zehava adds from Brian’s protocol:
1) Fish oil
2) Fever Tree tonic water
3) rinsing mouth with hydrogen peroxide 3%, 1 teaspoon in 1 cup water, rinse/gargle 60 seconds (or Listerene).
—————————————
For TREATMENT of corona, Dr. Zelenko’s opinion of the maximum safe doses of these vitamins for pregnancy:
C 1000. D 5000. Zinc 50
For hydroxychlorequine to TREAT corona, here are doses as directed by Dr. Nakash:
400 mg 2x a day on day one. Then 200 mg 2x a day on days 2-5.
(So it's a total of 800 mg on first day and then next 4 days a total of 400 mg each day.
(5 days of treatment.)
(Note: The difference between him and Dr. Zelenko is the double dose Dr. Nakash gives on the 1st day. Also, Dr. Z says 5-7 days of HCQ. )
Other safe and important corona treatments for pregnancy:
1) Neprinol and Serretia enzymes (remember must be taken 2 hours after eating and wait another hour before eating!) Not only prevents blood clots but destroys biofilm around virus.
2) Hydrogen peroxide treatments (both nebulizer and rub)
3) Noco drops
Antibiotics and inhaled steroids if needed.
Rivka asked me to note: IF CHAS VESHALOM THE MOTHER’S LIFE IS IN DANGER, ask shaila about ivermectin use, because it’s not clear that it’s dangerous the whole pregnancy. Maybe only dangerous in first trimester.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It should be for a protection and a Refuah for everyone!

FYI I was told by hatzolah there is a shortage of this treatment and they are saving it for high risk only. So ask locally.

I would be weary of giving this advice when it has helped many.
My inlaws and uncle took it and felt better within 24 hours. Op I would definitely look into it.

I second the Zelenko protocol.
Anyone who tries to caution you against remedies that have been known to be helpful in saving lives from Covid doesn’t have your best interests in mind. They may cite studies that “prove” the drugs to be ineffective in treating Covid but none of the drugs have been proven to be harmful, as most of they have been safely used for decades. The studies usually cited on this site are also incomplete and therefore invalid, as they haven’t tested the drugs in combination with other drugs/supplements recommended in the Zelenko protocol nor at the recommended dosage during the recommended time frame.

ZELENKO treatment hasn't been tested for years. Pls don't take any of these things prophylactic! There's no RESEARCH!! Dont listen to people telling you to do it!!

Zelenko protocol uses Hydroxycloroquine which is 50 YEARS OLD - and very safe -
even sold OVER THE COUNTER and approved for PREVENTATIVE measures!
And you can SUE if injured by Hydroxycloroquine - can't sue for the experimental vaccine.

It's not prophylactic anymore once I'm sick.

I have no time to type a detailed response, so here's the short version:
The Zelenko protocol has saved thousands! literally.
If you want to be blind to the evidence, fine with me. Just don't tell others not to listen to those offering life-saving treatment when all our crazy government and healthcare system is trying to withhold just that.

Indeed.
The FDA only approved it under an EUA.
And there's immunity under the PREP Act.
I saw a meme from someone who swore she was a nurse saying that it causes infertility. And that people who take it are likely to die within 20 years.
I'd steer clear of it until there's at least 20 years.
